The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging & Disabilities Services (ADS) is seeking proposals from community agencies, organizations, and interested parties to develop and implement a program that provides support for two groups: - Older adult caregivers of persons with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) - Older adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) The program is tentatively scheduled to run from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging & Disabilities Services (ADS).
