Professional Services and Temporary Personnel for Information Technology Consulting/Contractual Services

Background

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking to establish a Master Agreement for professional IT services, technical solutions, and temporary personnel. This agreement aims to provide MCPS with expert human capital and specialized infrastructure while ensuring consistent terms across the enterprise.

Work Details

The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, products, tools, services, and facilities to fulfill the requirements of the contract. The services include but are not limited to: - Professional IT consulting services - Technical solutions tailored to MCPS needs - Temporary personnel to support various IT projects. All deliverables must be submitted according to specified timelines and quality standards. The Contractor must ensure that all personnel assigned are qualified and licensed as required by applicable laws.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with the possibility of extension at MCPS's discretion.

Place of Performance

The services will primarily be performed at locations designated by Montgomery County Public Schools within Montgomery County, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements

The Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and county laws and regulations. They must also maintain a drug-free workplace and adhere to non-discrimination policies as outlined in Board Policy ACA. Additionally, any subcontracting requires prior written approval from the Procurement Director.
