Background

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of 8 Alteryx Professional Full Creator licenses from Alteryx Inc. The licenses are intended for use on microcomputers, PCs, servers, and associated peripherals. The vendor must ensure that the software provided is new and unused. They must submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Alteryx Inc. along with the bid. Additionally, vendors are required to provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid submission.

The period of performance for this contract is from June 28, 2026, to June 27, 2027.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). They must also be authorized resellers for Alteryx Inc. and provide a Letter of Authorization with their bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system or via email with specific password protection requirements.
