AV Services for Commencements, Convocations, and Other Events

Background

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for Audio-Visual Services for various events including Commencements and Convocations. The contract aims to enhance the quality of events organized by the University Communications and Marketing Department.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive audio-visual services which include: 1. Services and Equipment required for Convocation / Pointers Week 2026, including all labor, equipment, and technical services as specified in the Scope of Work. 2. Services and Equipment required for Spring & Winter Commencement (2026–2027), also including all labor, equipment, and technical services as specified in the Scope of Work. 3. Services and Equipment required for Future Events, where the vendor shall provide estimated pricing for labor, equipment, and technical services with final pricing to be determined once event details are finalized.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will cover services for events scheduled in 2026 through 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit a bid. They are required to complete a Vendor Information Form, provide a client list of three similar service references from the past three years, and indicate if they are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not debarred from federal contracts.
