Bidders are required to submit a Subcontractor Benefits and Training Affidavit if their subcontractors perform work exceeding $50,000.00 on this contract. Additionally, bidders must comply with U.S. EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals of 5.4% for subcontracting.
