Elevator Maintenance And Service

The University Physical Plant is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to furnish comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Services for all elevators and lifts owned by the University. Services shall include, but are not limited to, inspection, lubrication, testing, adjustment, cleaning, repair, and replacement of components as required, as well as emergency repair and on-call support.
