Contract Requirements

- Vendors must review all RFP attachments for complete project details and requirements. - Consultants who are certified as Veteran Owned, Small Owned, or OMWBE Certified minority or women owned businesses are encouraged to participate and submit a Statement of Proposal (SOP).

Registration may take up to 24 hours and is a two-step process: 1. Register on the portal. 2. After receiving the activation email, log back in, click the Tools tab, then the Agencies tab. On the Agency search page, type Woodinville in the Agency name box, leave the new Agency since box blank, and ensure Registration Status says ALL. Click search, then click Register next to Woodinville to complete registration. If you do not select Woodinville, you will not appear as a registered vendor and will not be able to access this RFP or download attachments.
