The goal is to implement a secure, supported, and sustainable solution to manage assets, work orders, inspections, inventory, and related operational data across multiple departments. This system aims to improve cross-department collaboration, support role-based access and auditability, and provide consolidated reporting. The selected system should also integrate with existing city systems and facilitate mobile field operations.

Work Details

The selected firm will provide a complete EAM/CMMS solution that includes: - Software licensing - System deployment - Configuration - Implementation services - Support for asset management - Work order management - Preventative and predictive maintenance - GIS integration - Migration of existing data without loss of integrity - Testing and validation - Initial training for various city staff - Post-implementation support - Ongoing technical assistance. The firm must describe its approach to implementation, data migration, system configuration, integration support, training, go-live assistance, and ongoing customer support.

Period of Performance

The contract will be for a period of five (5) years with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
