Background

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including: 1) Site Preparation & Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC): Install silt fence, inlet protection, and maintain access.

2) Demolition

Remove existing luminaires for storage, fencing sections, and relocate electrical panels.

3) Paving

Install approximately 10,400 square feet of new asphalt paving. 4) Drainage & Stormwater Management: Install a conveyance drain with perforated pipe, a Contech StormFilter catch basin, and construct an infiltration gallery.

5) Water Service Improvements

Install yard hydrants connected to the existing water line.

6) Grading

Perform minor grade adjustments and compact subgrade to specified standards.
