Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for administering stipends to job seekers based on their participation in short-term vocational training or work experience. Key responsibilities include: 1. Providing stipends based on verified participation time in approved training or work experience activities. 2. Demonstrating the ability to track participation and administer payroll. 3. Developing and maintaining work experience sites. 4. Creating a stipend schedule and eligibility process that ensures benefits are paid based on need, related to probable long-term, full-time employment. 5. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws regarding participant payments.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the execution date, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Bidders must be registered entities in good standing with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions at the time of contracting.
