Background

Milwaukee County, through its Department of Administrative Services, is seeking information from suppliers regarding comprehensive pretrial case management software solutions. The goal is to understand costs and requirements for a system that supports end-to-end pretrial and specialty court operations, including integrated evidence-based risk assessment tools. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather insights to better plan for future procurement needs.

Work Details

The RFI seeks information on a Pretrial Case Management System that includes: 1) A centralized system for managing activities such as intake, assessment, supervision, compliance tracking, and reporting; 2) A validated risk assessment tool for release and supervision decisions; 3) Improved operational efficiency and data accuracy across agencies; 4) Integration with existing County systems.
