Trimble Access GNSS Only with Trimble Catalyst Survey, TDC6 data collector

Background

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) is seeking bids for the purchase of Trimble Access GNSS Only with Trimble Catalyst Survey and TDC6 data collector. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary surveying equipment to enhance the District's operational capabilities. The MMSD is a federal and state tax-exempt entity and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Work Details

The contract includes the following products and services: - 2 units of Trimble Access GNSS Only with Trimble Catalyst Survey for a 3-year term renewed annually. - 2 units of TDC6-1-1100-00 field data collector, including charger, screen protectors, battery packs, and mounting equipment. - 2 extended warranties for TDC6 hardware. - 1 training session for the use of TDC6 and Trimble Access with Catalyst Survey. - 1 support and service package for TDC6, Trimble Access, and Catalyst Survey for a duration of 3 years.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to begin upon award. Delivery of hardware, software, and training is anticipated within 3-4 weeks after the award date.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District office located at 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, Wisconsin 53713.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a written warranty ensuring that manufactured parts are in brand new condition and free of defects in quality or workmanship. They must also confirm their ability to deliver all required hardware, software, and training within 3-4 weeks of award. All bids must be submitted using Bid Form A with fixed costs in U.S. Dollars.
