Background

Trinidad State College, on behalf of the State of Colorado, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure equipment and supplies for a Robotics Lab. The goal is to create modern learning environments that align with industry and workforce demands.

Work Details

Additionally, the vendor must provide warranty coverage, delivery, installation, setup, and staff training.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for up to an additional one-year period at the sole discretion of the State.

Place of Performance

The equipment will be delivered and installed at the Robotics Lab located on the Trinidad campus of Trinidad State College.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must comply with mandatory requirements including warranty coverage for equipment, full installation including assembly and calibration, onsite or virtual training for faculty and staff, and the ability to hold or store equipment until installation is ready. Vendors are also required to submit a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage as required by the contract.
