Scope of Work

The contract work involves a comprehensive set of improvements, including but not limited to: - Replacement and upgrade of sanitary sewer and laterals - Replacement and upgrade of storm sewer pipes and structures - Installation and replacement of concrete sidewalk - Installation and replacement of concrete curb & gutter - Installation and replacement of concrete driveway aprons - Installation and replacement of concrete pavement - Installation and replacement of asphalt driveways - Installation and replacement of asphalt pavement - Construction of roadway base - Installation of path and street lighting - Installation of fiber conduit - Application of pavement markings - Construction of a bike-pedestrian bridge structure - Soil restoration
