Work Details

The contract work is expected to commence on August 17, 2026. All work including installation of conduit, concrete bases, and pullboxes must be completed within thirty-five (35) calendar days or by November 1, 2026, whichever comes first.

The work will be performed at the intersection of Milwaukee Street and Sprecher Road in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be pre-qualified for specific types of construction work as outlined in the solicitation. A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of 16% participation is established for this project. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond equal to at least 5% of their bid amount. Compliance with SBE requirements includes demonstrating good faith efforts to meet SBE goals or providing justification if unable to do so.
