Aluminum Box Culverts- CTH KP (2026)

Background

The County of Dane is seeking bids for the provision of aluminum box culverts for CTH KP. The goal is to award a contract or issue a purchase order based on the responses received. The culvert must be delivered fully assembled within 72 hours after notification from the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department that excavation is ready. A penalty of $100 per day will be imposed for delays beyond this period. The supplier must coordinate with the County's operator to unload the culvert upon delivery. Various assembly and delivery options are available, including off-site assembly and temporary storage near the installation site. The anticipated installation date is August 31, 2026.

The contract performance period begins upon notification from the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department and extends through the installation date, anticipated to be August 31, 2026.

The work will take place in the Town of Black Earth, Wisconsin, specifically along CTH KP.
