Background The U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) is issuing this solicitation for the Regimental First Formation (RFF) Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) Graduation Venue Support Services. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive support for a large-scale military graduation event, ensuring all necessary facilities, equipment, and services are available to conduct the ceremony professionally. Work Details The Contractor is required to provide non-personal services including all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, security, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the RFF SFQC Graduation. The venue must accommodate between 1,600 to 2,000 attendees and include access control, staging setup, seating arrangements, full audio/visual capabilities, restrooms, and appropriate parking. The Contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including Federal Law and OSHA standards. A comprehensive safety and security plan must be maintained to ensure the safety of all attendees during the event. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 15, 2026 to June 14, 2027 with options for additional performance periods extending through June 14, 2030. Place of Performance The services will be performed within 20 miles of USAJFKSWCS HQ at Fort Bragg, NC.
