Work Details The contractor shall perform professional painting services which include surface preparation, application of primer and paint, cleanup, repair or replacement of missing or damaged baseboards, and quality assurance to ensure a high-quality finish. Specific areas to be painted include: - The interior of Station Humboldt Bay Building 1 (approximately 27,500 square feet), including walls, ceilings, doors and door frames, trim, baseboards (paint and repair), and molding. - The interior of Aids to Navigation Team (ANT) Humboldt Bay Building 8 (approximately 3,000 square feet), including walls, ceilings, doors and door frames. - The exterior of two sheds (320 square feet each). All work must comply with OSHA and Federal, State, and local regulations regarding lead-based paint encapsulation. Period of Performance The contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all tasks within 60 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
