2026 Street Maintenance Project - High Performance Seal

Background

The City of Georgetown is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the 2026 Street Maintenance Project, specifically for the High Performance Pavement Seal under Bid Package No. 2. Work Details

The project includes furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of approximately 190,000 square yards of high-performance pavement seal (HA5). Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a sealed Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check with their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested from the lowest two bidders within 48 business hours post-bid opening. Bidders must also participate in a non-mandatory pre-bid video conference scheduled for May 26, 2026.
