Work Requested

The Parkway School District is requesting bids from qualified distributors to supply a variety of items for the Parkway Food Pantry. The scope of work includes providing: - Shelf-stable foods - Refrigerated and frozen foods - Fresh produce - Beverages - Household supplies - Personal hygiene products - Other pantry-related items as needed by the District Distributors may submit bids for any portion of the requested items. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Parkway School District.

Background

The Parkway School District is seeking to establish a blanket purchase order agreement to supply food and non-food items for its Food Pantry. The District may make multiple awards by item, category, group, or in total, based on what is determined to be in its best interest. There is no guarantee of any specific quantities to be purchased as a result of this invitation for bid.

Contract Requirements

The initial contract term is twelve (12) months, running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Vendors may also propose multi-year agreements by completing the Vendor Acknowledgement section.

Instructions on Submission

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by 05/25/2026. The intent to bid is due by 06/01/2026.
