Scope of Work

The Town of New Windsor is seeking qualified contractors for the construction of a new Splash Pad and associated improvements at Ruscitti Park. The project includes:

Construction of a Splash Pad

- General construction of recreational facilities - Installation of new utilities - All incidental work related to the above improvements

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by the Town Clerk's Office, Town of New Windsor, New York.

Background

No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract for this project within the past five years.

Contract Requirements

All work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements set forth by the Town of New Windsor. Contractors are expected to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the successful completion of the project.
