Background

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and support for its Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This initiative aims to ensure continued innovation, reliability, and seamless connectivity in support of the Authority’s mission to deliver safe, dependable, and customer-focused transportation services.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and support services for the Salesforce CRM system. This includes ensuring system reliability, implementing updates and enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support. The vendor must demonstrate experience with Salesforce CRM and have a proven track record of similar projects.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for a duration of 12 months, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at RGRTA's facilities located in Rochester, New York.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must have prior experience with Salesforce CRM systems. Additionally, there are Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) contracting goals set at 30% for this procurement.
