Rebid for Existing Solicitation

Background

The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking to partner with a vendor to provide catering services for an employee event. The goal of this contract is to ensure that RTA employees are provided with quality food options during their events.

Work Details

The vendor will be responsible for providing the following items for the RTA employee event: - 1100 pounds of boiled crawfish, packaged and boxed in plastic wrap with 50 lbs. per box; - 150 pounds of boiled small red potatoes, bagged in plastic; - 150 pounds of smoked sausage cut into 1/3, bagged in plastic; - 500 boiled corn ears, bagged in plastic; - 600 trays, boxed for serving. Additionally, a delivery fee will be included in the total price for all services.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period includes the delivery date on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:30 am.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to 2817 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.

Bidder Requirements
