Background

The Missouri Department of Conservation is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) MDC 0000000204SL for maintenance services at the Little Compton Conservation Areas located in Chariton County. The Department's mission is to protect and manage the fish, forest, and wildlife resources of the state, serving the public and facilitating their participation in resource management activities.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide the following services: 1) Mowing of parking lots and areas (25 occurrences per year), 2) Litter pickup prior to mowing (25 occurrences per year), 3) Lakeshore mowing (2 occurrences per year), 4) Lakeshore litter pickup prior to mowing (2 occurrences per year), and 5) Weekly latrine cleaning (52 occurrences per year). All services must be performed within specified time frames, including litter removal before each mow and latrine cleaning every Monday. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and supplies.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence on the date of award and will last for one year. There are options for two additional one-year renewals.

Services will be performed at the Little Compton Conservation Areas located in Chariton County, Missouri.
