Background This contract is issued by the United States Cadet Command to provide non-personal services for meals, lodging, and training facilities for cadets and cadre participating in the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Adventure North. The mission of this contract is to support the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program's annual training requirements, ensuring that cadets and cadre have the necessary resources for effective training. Work Details The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform specified meals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: - Providing meals and training facilities for 320 cadets and 60 cadre. - Providing lodging for 320 cadets and 40 cadre. - Conducting a resource working group on June 10th with follow-on training from June 26th to July 1st, 2026. - Developing and maintaining a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract standards. - Ensuring all employees meet health standards and food handling requirements. - Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service during operational hours from 0500 to 2000. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 10 to July 1, 2026. Place of Performance The place of performance for this contract is within 150 miles of New Brunswick, New Jersey.
