This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified engineering consulting firms to provide Construction Management Consulting Services for the FEMA Sandy Power Supply and Plant Wide Restoration and Mitigation Project, funded through FEMA and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank).

Work Details
