Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure a custom 3-bay reprocessing sink for the Vancouver Medical Center's Sterile Processing Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's capabilities in sterilizing medical instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with health standards and improving operational efficiency. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following items as part of the contract: 1. Custom 3-Bay reprocessing sink with dimensions: 115" L x 30" W, each basin measuring: 24" x 18" x 10". 2. Reprocessing sink Pegboard with dimensions: 115" L x 24" H. 3. Adjustable height storage shelf. 4. LED Basin lights built-in per single basin. 5. Wall mounted pre-rinse faucet sprayer for healthcare reprocessing sinks. 6. Wall mounted sink faucet for healthcare reprocessing sinks, Xi sinks, or mobile soak stations. 7. Deionized Faucet with swivel gooseneck. 8. Basin Temperature gauge for accurate temperature readout for solutions/liquids. 9. Volume indicator etching plates for accurate measurement of cleaning solutions inside sink basin (3 units). 10. Ergonomic wrist rests (3 units) with a 45-degree angle entry into the sink basin. 11. Sink light hood (4' and 2' lengths) for optimal visualization of surfaces and soils. 12. Wall mounted keyboard and monitor arm. 13. Pegboard shelf designed to support and mount Leak detection system. 14. Water-resistant timer for integrated soaking stations and sinks. 15. Task light with gooseneck arm and magnification. 16. Touchless auto dispenser programmed for consistent enzymatic detergent dosing. 17. Dedicated Eye sink basin for cleaning ocular devices (Dimensions: 16" x 26"). 18. Color changing LED light strip with remote control. 19. Brush organizer and rack for cleaned brushes (holds up to 8 brushes). 20-29 Various components related to independent flushing systems, accessory kits, upgraded electrical packages, drain kit assembly, factory assembly services, and vendor representative presence during installation. Period of Performance Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of order.
