Background The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this sources sought to identify potential vendors capable of supporting a requirement for a Grounds Maintenance Service Contract. The Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) operates critical logistics and supply chain missions for the Department of Defense, necessitating comprehensive grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal services to ensure uninterrupted access to facilities, particularly during severe winter weather events. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all exterior maintenance services including: grass cutting, vegetative roof maintenance, snow removal, ice mitigation, vegetation cutting, and tree/stump/brush removal across designated secure and unsecure areas. Specific tasks include: maintaining High Visibility Areas through intensive maintenance such as mowing grass, trimming, applying herbicide, maintaining athletic fields, seasonal planting, removing leaves, applying mulch, pruning trees, and litter control. The Contractor is responsible for mowing approximately 162 acres from April to October and must ensure a uniform appearance free of skips or gaps. Snow and ice removal operations will be executed in designated secure and unsecure zones as instructed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The Contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision required to perform these services.
