The Allegheny County Department of Public Works is seeking to engage a contractor for Open End MS4 Services to assist with compliance regarding its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The contract aims to support the County in various design engineering efforts and operational studies related to stormwater management.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a range of services including: - Evaluation and updating of the County’s Minimum Control Measures (MCMs) program; - Preparation of an inspection program for the County’s Best Management Practices (BMPs) facilities; - Compilation and preparation of annual reports to be submitted to DEP.
