Prepare drafts of required periodic air compliance reports, including Annual Compliance Report, Semi-Annual Compliance Reports, Green House Gas Report (GHG), Annual Capacity Factor Report, Annual Specific Conditions Report, and LDEQ Emission Inventory Reporting Inventory (ERIC) Report. 3. Provide assistance with air permitting-related issues, assuming 100 hours of effort per year for various tasks as requested by SWBNO EA. 4. Prepare a draft permit renewal application for the Part 70 Operating Permit, which is due March 13, 2028, and provide an engineer’s stamp on the application. 5. Optional tasks may include permitting additional turbines or relocating auxiliary generators.

Period of Performance

The contract period is two years with three one-year renewal options, beginning after approval by the SWBNO Board of Directors.

The work will be performed at the SWBNO Power Plant located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
