2026 Drainage Structure Repair/Replacement Project

Scope of Work

The City of Niagara Falls is seeking qualified contractors to perform repair and/or replacement of catch basins. This work is to be coordinated with the street selections of the City's annual repaving project for 2026.

Background

The contract is part of the City of Niagara Falls' ongoing infrastructure improvement efforts, specifically aligning drainage structure repairs and replacements with scheduled street repaving projects. There have been no identical or substantially similar procurement contracts awarded for this work within the past five years.

- Repair and/or replacement of catch basins as identified by the City in conjunction with the 2026 annual repaving project. - No Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal (SDVOB Goal: 0.00%). - No Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goals (MBE Goal: 0.00%, WBE Goal: 0.00%). - No Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal (DBE Goal: 0.00%).
