DNR RFB Itasca State Park Re-Keying Project

Background

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of the State of Minnesota is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the Itasca State Park Re-Keying Project. The project aims to update the keying system across all buildings in Itasca State Park, located in Hubbard and Clearwater Counties. This initiative aligns with the DNR's mission to maintain and enhance state parks for public use and safety.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace existing door cylinders, locks, and hardware in all buildings at Itasca State Park. The scope includes a detailed assessment of current hardware needs as outlined in the solicitation documents. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon execution of the contract and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

Itasca State Park, Hubbard and Clearwater Counties, Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) prior to receiving a contract award. Additionally, businesses certified as targeted group (TG), economically disadvantaged (ED), or veteran-owned will receive preference points during evaluation. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; no faxed or emailed responses will be accepted.
