Background

The State of Missouri's Office of Administration, specifically the Facilities Management Design & Construction (FMDC) division, is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the purchase of a Ford F600 Bucket Truck. This procurement aims to enhance the agency's operational capabilities in various maintenance tasks across the state, including repairing lights, tree trimming, safety issues, and other unforeseen building repairs. The FMDC has previously relied on a rental bucket truck for 16 years and now requires a dedicated vehicle to meet its ongoing needs.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide one Ford F600 Bucket Truck equipped with all standard manufacturer’s equipment and any specified options. The truck must be clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate use upon delivery. Specific requirements include: - Engine: PowerStroke 6.7L Diesel with 330 hp. - Transmission: TorqShift 10 Speed Automatic. - Features: 40-gallon fuel tank capacity, hydraulic brakes, heated mirrors, power locks/windows. - Safety: Backup alarm, fire extinguisher/first aid kit, beacon strobe light.

Bucket Specifications

Versalift SST-40-EIH with a working height of 45 feet and side reach of 27 feet 9 inches. Delivery must occur no later than June 22, 2026.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and extend for one year.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to the Office of Administration, Facilities Management Design & Construction at 301 W High Street, Suite 730, Jefferson City, MO 65102.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS with 'Prospective' or 'Spend Authorized' status to submit a proposal. They must achieve 'Approved' registration status to be eligible for contract award. Additionally, vendors are required to complete various compliance exhibits including tax compliance and anti-discrimination certifications.
