Consultant Services FY25

Background

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide various consultant services including Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Geotechnical, Materials Testing, and other Professional Services. This solicitation aims to expand the pool of firms available for these services beyond those already awarded under a previous bid (MD-99-250211-F-915). The City has a growing population and aims to enhance its infrastructure and community facilities through these services.

Work Details

The selected firms will provide a range of services including: - Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Structural, Traffic, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Hydrogeology. - Surveying: Boundary, ALTA, Topographic surveys; Metes and Bounds; Project Surveying; Legal Descriptions for right-of-ways and easements.

Architectural Services

Building design; Strategic Master Planning; Visualizations.

Material Testing

Field investigation; material analysis; field and laboratory testing; earthwork; roadway and pavement design. - Studies: Feasibility studies; Master Planning; Traffic Studies; System Studies.

Rate Analysis

Cost of Service and Rate Policy Development. - Floodplain Management and Studies. - GIS design and development.

Sign Fabrication

Graphic design of signage.

Period of Performance

The contract will be for a one-year period starting from the execution date with an option to renew for one additional year not extending past April 14, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the City of Lebanon, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must be registered to do business in the State of Missouri and in good standing with the Secretary of State's Office. They must also comply with insurance requirements as specified in the proposal documents.
