Work Details

The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Mowing of parking lots and areas, with an estimated quantity of 25 occurrences per contract period, including two renewal periods; 2. Litter pickup prior to mowing, with an estimated quantity of 25 occurrences per contract period, including two renewal periods; 3. Lakeshore mowing services, with an estimated quantity of 2 occurrences per contract period, including two renewal periods; 4. Lakeshore litter pickup prior to mowing, with an estimated quantity of 2 occurrences per contract period, including two renewal periods; 5. Weekly latrine cleaning services, with an estimated quantity of 52 occurrences per contract period, including two renewal periods. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and supplies to perform these services.

Period of Performance

The original contract period shall commence from the date of award and continue for one year. The Department has the option to renew the contract for up to two additional one-year periods.
