Estimated Quantity

10 units. Vendors must provide the manufacturer's name and part number being offered. All items quoted must meet or exceed City of Austin specifications.

Period of Performance

The bids are due by May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract will be performed as per the delivery schedule agreed upon post-award.

Place of Performance

Delivery location is Austin Energy-Cameron Warehouse, located at 14910 Cameron Rd, Pflugerville, TX 78660.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit their quotes via email using the provided form and documents. Quotes must include all handling and shipping charges on a FOB Destination basis. The City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax; therefore, tax should not be included in the quoted price. Additionally, vendors are required to comply with any applicable insurance requirements as specified in the solicitation.
