Food Service Kitchen Equipment

Pearland Independent School District is seeking proposals for the provision of Food Service Kitchen Equipment. The work under this contract includes the supply and delivery of kitchen equipment necessary to support the District's food service operations. The request for proposals is being issued by Pearland ISD. This contract aims to enhance the District's food service capabilities by acquiring high-quality kitchen equipment through a competitive sealed proposal process. Contract requirements include: Submission of complete and responsive proposals that conform to all requirements of the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP). Participation in oral presentations if invited by the District following the initial review and evaluation of proposals. Strict prohibition on proposers initiating discussions with District personnel unless expressly permitted by the Purchasing Coordinator. Any attempt to discuss topics outside those identified by the District may result in disqualification. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Pearland ISD eBid System by 2:00 p.m., June 17, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals submitted by mail or hand delivery will be marked non-responsive. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Pearland ISD eBid System by 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 5, 2026. Verbal questions or those submitted by any other means will not be answered. Responses to vendor questions will be posted within the eBid System. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Pearland ISD will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid public disclosure of proposal contents prior to vendor selection.
