There are specific participation goals for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE), with a combined goal of 13%. Additionally, there is a participation benchmark for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOBE) set at 3%. Bidders must also provide written verification of compliance with Federal Department of Homeland Security requirements.
