The City of Roseburg, located in Douglas County, Oregon, is issuing a contract for the Pavement Management 2026 Slurry Seals project (Project No. 26PW02). They must also demonstrate compliance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates) and ORS 279C.505(2) (Employee Drug Testing Program).
