Background

Work Details

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence within ten calendar days after the execution of the contract and receipt of the City's notification to proceed. The work must be completed within fifty calendar days after the 'Notice to Proceed' is issued by the City.

The work will be performed in various locations throughout the City of Roseburg, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with City of Roseburg Municipal Code. They must also demonstrate compliance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates) and ORS 279C.505(2) (Employee Drug Testing Program). Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. Additionally, bidders with fifty or more employees must provide proof of completion of pay equity compliance training if their contract exceeds $500,000.
