Consultants must comply with Minnesota Statute provisions regarding nondiscrimination. They are required to maintain specific insurance coverage levels including: - Commercial General Liability of $1.5 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate - Professional Liability of $2 million per wrongful act or claim with a $4 million annual aggregate - Automobile coverage of $1.5 million combined single limit including hired and non-owned vehicles. Additionally, contractors must not be debarred or suspended from federal or state contracts.
