Summary

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12, 13, and 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03326Q31190048 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is the government's intent to select for award to the one responsible quote which proposes a price that is fair and reasonable and provides the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. If the lowest priced quote is not found to be technically acceptable, the contracting officer will evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on. Quotes determined to be incomplete or unreasonable will not be considered for award. Offerors shall submit the information required by Section L attached to this opportunity. All interested offerors must arrive no later than five minutes prior to the start time. Each offeror is required to visit the site to provide the government with an accurate and competitive offer. The site visit will be offered on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM (PDT). No other site visits will be offered. The site visit is mandatory to be considered for the contract.
