Fire Apparatus Preventive Maintenance and Repairs

Scope of Work

The City of League City is seeking sealed proposals for the provision of Fire Apparatus Preventive Maintenance and Repairs. The selected contractor will be responsible for: - Performing preventive maintenance on fire apparatus - Conducting necessary repairs to ensure operational readiness and safety of all fire apparatus

Background

This Request for Proposal (RFP #26-037) is part of the City's ongoing efforts to maintain and ensure the reliability of its fire apparatus fleet. The City is committed to upholding high standards of safety and operational efficiency for its emergency response vehicles.

Contract Requirements

All proposals must be sealed and received by 10:00 a.m. CST, Friday, June 12th, 2026. The official time will be determined by the clock at the front desk in City Hall. Proposals received after the deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, 400 West Walker Street, League City, TX 77573, in a manner that does not reveal their contents. The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council.

Instructions on Submission

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP packet. The RFP packet can be obtained from the City's website at: https://www.leaguecitytx.gov/bids.aspx All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov. The deadline for questions is May 26th at 5:30 p.m. The deadline for addenda is June 2nd at 5:30 p.m.
