Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office Deputies' Uniforms

The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking sealed bids for the supply of deputies' uniforms, in accordance with provided specifications. The uniforms are required for approximately 336 men and 155 women, to be supplied as needed during the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The solicitation is issued by the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office. This contract is intended to provide uniforms for employees of the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office throughout the specified contract period. Uniforms must meet all specifications, which can be obtained from the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office at the Ascension Parish Governmental Annex building, 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, Louisiana, during regular working hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday). Submission instructions: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid for Deputies' Uniforms." Bids may be delivered in person to the Human Resource Unit on the 1st floor of the Ascension Parish Governmental Annex building at 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, Louisiana, or mailed to P.O. Box 118, Gonzales, LA 70707, to arrive in time for the bid opening. Bids may also be submitted online at www.CentralBidding.com. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, June 17th, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Quartermaster Office on the 1st floor of the Ascension Parish Governmental Annex building, 828 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737.
