The bid must exclude waste tire fees and safety inspection stickers; however, all other document or miscellaneous fees should be included in the bid price. Additionally, bidders must submit completed Attachment A (Special Terms & Conditions) and Attachment B (Specifications) with their bid response.

The Box Truck will be delivered to the LA Property Assistance Agency located at 1059 Brickyard Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. They must also be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid.
