A compiled list of questions received along with Government responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. All quotes are due electronically by the time and date set forth in this solicitation.

Background Saguaro National Park (SAGU) is responsible for managing septic tanks, lift stations, and vault toilets in both the Rincon Mountain District and the Tucson Mountain District. These systems are essential for supporting nearly one million annual visitors, staff, and operational facilities including visitor centers, administrative complexes, heli-base operations, and roadside vault restrooms. The goal of this contract is to ensure public health, safety, and compliance with environmental standards through regular pumping and maintenance of these systems. Work Details The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and travel necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Pumping of septic tanks located in both districts. 2. Maintenance of lift stations to ensure proper functioning. 3. Regular servicing of vault toilets to maintain hygiene and compliance with health regulations. The contractor must adhere to the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed requirements. Period of Performance The anticipated Base Year Period of Performance is from June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2027. The contract may also include four (4) Option Years depending on performance and funding availability. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Saguaro National Park located in Tucson, Arizona.
