The slab will include required utility runs and grounding to support the storage units. The storage will be a conditioned tuff shed (or similar type structure) with underground electrical connection, a personnel single door, and aluminum roll up door. Offerors are strongly urged to attend the site visit prior to submitting their proposals to evaluate the extent of the project requirements. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days from when the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Letter is issued.
