Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for KPMG Ignition Training. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to KPMG LLP 8350 Broad ST STE 900 Mclean, Virginia 22102-5150, United States under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that KPMG LLP is the sole provider of KPMG Ignition Training. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Stennis Space Center (SSC). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611430. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 5/7/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Background NASA/NSSC has a requirement for KPMG Ignition Training. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to KPMG LLP, which has been determined to be the sole provider of this training. The purpose of the contract is to enhance collaboration and decision-making across the organization while strengthening the culture of innovation. Work Details The contractor shall design and deliver a three-day, in-person innovation, teaming, and process-streamlining training program based on the KPMG Ignition Executive Program. The training will include: - **Day 1**: Inside-Out Alignment & Team Identity with activities such as stakeholder mapping, persona development, current-state workflow visualization, MAGIC framework discussions, guiding principles, team norms, and problem framing. - **Day 2**: Streamlining Processes & Prioritization Frameworks with activities including approval process mapping, minimum-necessary NPR/SPR-compliant approval path development, evidence-based innovation discussions, and project selection criteria development. - **Day 3**: Innovation Activation & Storytelling with activities such as innovation scenario sprints, Pixar-style storytelling, concept poster development, Shark Tank-style presentations, and creation of next steps and ownership assignments. Deliverables include all training artifacts such as stakeholder maps, personas, journey maps, approval pathway one-pagers, prioritization criteria, stage/decision maps, concept posters, Pixar narratives, and a complete debrief package with owners and next-step roadmap.
