Printing - Certificates of Title

Background

The Department of Revenue is responsible for managing the printing of Certificates of Title in Missouri. They currently have a contract (CS241336001) with RR Donnelley for this service. The Department is transitioning to a new system called FUSION, which is set to be implemented in early 2027. To ensure uninterrupted service during this transition, the Department has determined that it is necessary to extend the current contract with RR Donnelley, as conducting a new procurement process would disrupt the implementation of FUSION.

Work Details

The contract involves the printing of Certificates of Title, which must continue without interruption until the FUSION system is operational. The services are exclusively provided by RR Donnelley due to the need for consistency during the transition period. The extension will allow sufficient time for the Department of Revenue to ensure that FUSION is fully operational before re-evaluating their printing needs.
