DABS Full Inventory Count

Background

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, through the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to secure a vendor for inventory services. The goal of this contract is to ensure accurate inventory management for the Department's operations. It is anticipated that a single contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor, with pricing guaranteed for the length of the purchase order.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive inventory services which include conducting a full inventory count of all items managed by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. This includes but is not limited to: counting, recording, and reporting on all inventory items; ensuring accuracy in inventory records; and providing any necessary documentation or reports as required by the Department. Vendors may need to submit product samples if requested by the procurement officer to demonstrate compliance with specifications.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with pricing guaranteed throughout this period.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at locations designated by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services within the State of Utah.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must certify that they have read and agree to all provisions in this solicitation document. They must also comply with Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 63G-6a and Administrative Code R33. Vendors are prohibited from communicating about this solicitation with anyone except the designated procurement officer. Additionally, vendors must certify that they are not engaged in any economic boycotts as defined under UCA 63G-27 et seq., and must ensure compliance with regulations regarding forced labor products.
