Dairy Products

Ogden City School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide dairy product delivery services for the Child Nutrition Program. The scope of work includes: Delivering dairy products to each of sixteen (16) school locations. Making deliveries two to three (2-3) times per week to each school. Providing deliveries to select schools during the summer months. The District is the requesting agency for this solicitation. This contract opportunity is anticipated to result in an award to a single vendor. The purpose of this RFP is to ensure the District receives high-quality, reliable dairy delivery services for its Child Nutrition Program. Contract requirements include meeting the minimum specifications outlined in the RFP. However, respondents are encouraged to expand upon these specifications and include any relevant or essential data that demonstrates their service capabilities.
